Trauma Releasing TRE

TRE is an empowering practice that once learnt can be used safely, alone, as often as needed. In practice, it involves exercises to fatigue than shake the legs and the psoas muscle.


Yoga Asana Class

Classes aim to follow the 8 limbs of yoga, from gross to subtle: warming up the body, asanas, Shavasana relaxation, Pranayama and short meditation. Focused on alignment and breath, it is a gentle approach to suits everyone's body, health and mind needs.

Hatha yoga is often translated as the integration of sun (active, sympathetic system) and moon (passive, parasympathetic system). Yoga does aims for union but the Sanskrit definition of Hatha goes actually deeper : Effort. In order to move forward in one's practice and in one's life, one must show work and application.Hatha is the path of outer yoga in comparison to yoga of the inner path.

Yoga is not a sport nor is just about moving the body. It's a 5000 years old philosophy on how to approach life. It is a journey, an inward discovery of the subtleties of what you define as self.

We offer day/weekend workshops and retreat and share Yoga's scientific, systematic and logical method to think our way through life. It helps with stress management and finding a practical approach to life by reducing resistance to the natural way of life.

Yoga nidra

Yoga Nidra is a yogic practice where the body is completely at rest, as in deep sleep, but the mind remains aware. It is a highly restorative practice for health and well being. It resets the nervous system. It is also a powerful tool for psychological transformation due to the use of the sankalpa or intent that work on the subconscious level.

You will lie in Shavasana (corpse pose) - it can be practice seated or lying on the side if necessary. For one hour you will be guided through a body scan and a form of meditation.




relaxing massage

A combination of Tok Sen and Oil offered. Tok Sen is part of ancient Northern Lanna Thai healing practice. By gently hammering wood along the tissues and muscles, vibration is sent through to the bone. Besides the hypnotic wood taping sound, the vibration gently opens the muscles, clear blocked energy, improve blood circulation and ease muscle and nerve tensions. After the Tok Sen, Oil is applied directly on the bare skin. Should you have any allergies, please let me know before starting. Benefits are numerous: increase blood supply and nutrients to the muscles, release of knotted areas, relaxation and stress reduction, increased flexibility and range of motion, improved mood, posture and immune function, flush of the toxins out, improve sleep and increased energy

reiki

Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine where the universal energy, Qi or Chi, is transferred through the hands of the practitioner (a channel) towards your body.

Your intention for the session will be discussed and clarified before the session begins.

During the session, you lie down fully clothed and the practitioner will place his hands on different points of the body. It is best to remain still for the duration of the session.

A Reiki session is very relaxing and has benefits such as relief from various physical and emotional conditions.
